• Flea & worming — recommended, not required
• Behavioural assessment — a short pre-visit check before your pet’s first stay
• Own food (if supplying) — pre-portioned, labelled, +1–2 days extra (fee applies; free if vet-prescribed)
• Bedding & toys — provided by us, no need to pack; we can’t take responsibility for personal items brought in
