Most cats don’t want noise, hustle, or unpredictability. They want warmth, security, familiar smells, and the occasional bit of fuss on their own terms. Our cattery was designed with exactly that in mind.
Completely separate from our dog areas, our cattery provides a calm, quiet sanctuary where your cat can truly settle in. Each guest has their own private suite — spacious enough for movement, enrichment, and comfortable rest.
What your cat will enjoy at Camelot:
At day’s end, they go home genuinely tired, genuinely happy — and so will you.
Over forty years, we’ve cared for thousands of cats — bold ones and timid ones, sociable ones and aloof ones, senior cats with complex needs and lively kittens with boundless energy.
We take the time at check-in to understand your cat’s personality, preferences, and routine. We find out what makes them comfortable, what their quirks are, and how they like to spend their day. And then we deliver on it.
Some cats need gentle coaxing to settle in. Others treat it like a hotel check-in and claim their space immediately. Whatever your cat’s style, we’ve seen it before — and we know how to make them feel at home.

To help your cat settle in quickly, we recommend:
– Friendly staff & peace of mind — our gentle team provides endless affection and reassurance, ensuring your cat feels safe, loved, and calm from day one.
– Premium all-inclusive nutrition — we serve Royal Canin Premium cat food. To maintain optimal hygiene and avoid digestive upset, we do not encourage bringing outside food or personal feeding bowls.
– Share their routine — the more we know, the better we can tailor their day.
Health Requirements:
All boarding cats must have:
– Current F3 or F5 vaccination** (covering feline herpesvirus, calicivirus, and panleukopaenia). Vaccination certificate required at or before check-in.
– Current flea treatment
– Recent worming treatment
Please bring any medications clearly labelled with instructions.
Senior cats, cats with health conditions, and cats with specific needs are welcome at Camelot. We have experience managing a wide range of feline health requirements — from daily medication to dietary management to low-stimulation care protocols.
If your cat has specific health needs, please contact us before booking to discuss how we can best accommodate them. We want to ensure every cat in our care receives exactly what they need.
