Leaving your pet in someone else’s care is a big decision, more so when there’s a drive between you and Karnup. At Camelot, we’ve built our reputation on three things: experience, compassion, and consistency.

For Rockingham families, that means:
– Just 10-15 minutes from Rockingham’s beaches and foreshore, set on 20 acres in Karnup.
– Open grassed grounds to run, well beyond the reach of the beach car park.
– Separate accommodation for dogs and cats, with two kennel areas split by size.
– Daily exercise and enrichment, so beach-loving dogs still get to burn off energy.
– Trained staff on-site during operating hours, not a rotating roster of casual sitters.

A few things we need sorted before your pet’s first stay:

Vaccination — Dogs: current C5 certificate · Cats: current F3 or F5 certificate (minimum F3)
Flea & worming — recommended, not required
Behavioural assessment — a short pre-visit check before your pet’s first stay
Own food (if supplying) — pre-portioned, labelled, +1-2 days extra (fee applies; free if vet-prescribed)
Bedding & toys — provided by us, no need to pack; we can’t take responsibility for personal items brought in

It’s about 10-15 minutes from Rockingham to our Karnup grounds — one of the shorter drives on this side of the Peel region. Allow a few extra minutes at drop-off so our team can properly settle your pet in.
