Guest services refer to all the extra's you can book to make your pet's stay a little more personalised to them at Camelot Pet Resort.
We offer a range of extras to make your pet’s stay more enjoyable, including boredom buster toys, enriched private or social playtime and room service.
Yes, medication can be given in line with your vet’s instructions. Fees apply for medication handling.
If veterinary care is required, we will contact you or your emergency contact straight away. If you cannot be reached, we will act in your pet’s best interest. Vet bills and transport fees are the responsibility of the owner.
Cattery FAQs
All cats must have a current F3 vaccination given at least 14 days before boarding. Kittens must be at least 18 weeks old and 2 weeks past their final vaccination.
Yes, microchip details are required. Female cats in season are not accepted and must be collected immediately.
Our cattery near Mandurah provides bedding and toys, but you may bring labelled items from home. Cats must arrive in their own carriers.
Premium cat food is included, though owners may supply their own food if preferred. Supplied food should be packaged in daily amounts and individually labelled.
Dog Boarding FAQs
For dog boarding at Camelot Pet Resort, all dogs must have a current C5 vaccination given at least 14 days before boarding. A certificate must be shown at check-in. Puppies must be at least 18 weeks old and two weeks past their final vaccination.
Yes, a microchip number is required. Female dogs in season cannot be in group boarding. They may be moved to private housing (additional fees apply) or will need to be collected.
Yes, a micrDogs enjoy daily outdoor time in our secure grassed runs. Additional play sessions and nature walks can be added for pets staying in our dog boarding near Mandurah facilities.
Yes, all dogs receive a complimentary hydrobath before going home. Grooming services can be arranged at an extra cost.
We supply premium dog foods but you may provide your pets own meals if preferred. Meals must be pre-portioned into daily serves and clearly labelled. Storage and handling fees may apply.
Yes, small labelled items are welcome. Please note we cannot guarantee they will be returned in perfect condition.
